Claim against my insurance but car not moved!

Hi there,  just after any advice on what happens next! 
Had a letter from car insurance saying my car was involved in an accident a few Sundays ago. But car didn't move that day. We were at home all day as had a skip and cleared the garden.  We both work from home so been in full lockdown apart from food shop on a Friday morning.  We even checked google timelines and shows us both at home as thought we were going mad. No damage on car either. Told insurance company car didn't move all weekend.  They couldn't tell us where or even make of car.

Has anyone had experience of this or what happens next?
 Car is 67 Mondeo estate so not even a common car. (Estates popularity dying over past few year!) Thank you

Cloned number plate?  Misread number plate?  Why can't the insurer tell you where this incident supposedly happened?
