Utility Point
Generally speaking easy to deal with until I discovered that they had not reviewed my consumption and had allowed me, pensioner who could do with the cash, to build up credit with them in excess of £200 (monthly spend less than £60). When challenged on this they hide behind wording whic states that they MAY REVIEW my spend, and they ignore the option to reduce it.If there were stars to vote - maybe 3 - no more, not oonly because they took my cash, but mainly because they make hard work of giving back my money. I've found a supplier which offers 3% interest if I 'overpay', and they were cheaper - Igloo. About to switch, so we'll see.
