Thats a fair upheaval sugarspun, we shall forgive you!
What does new boyf like in the way of gifts???
Computer stuff. I was going to buy him a Super Lamb Banana, but he found mine and appropriated it for his computer desk. So new plan required, hmph.
It'll probably be something weird and wonderful from the Scientific Antiques section of ebay. I love the stuff they have there.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Well reminded about the superlambanana I wanted to get one as a gift for a family member!! Can't say I've ever perused the scientific antiques section but sounds intriguing!!

Hi guys! How are we doing? I'm going to tally up how much I need to earn later on tonight
Good news though - I've finally got myself back into eBay and am just listing my first batch of items (35 of them !!) so hopefully people might want some bargains for xmas and buy my stuff!!
Edit: OK totted it all up and I am currently 13.9% neutral  oops! and have 6.5 people to buy for (the 0.5 is a very small gift for my Dad!)
So....one needs to get going!! I'm feeling confident that I can do it, as I have a fair amount of the peoples gifts covered by vouchers that I already have, voucher codes etc. So whilst I might be panicking now, the actual cash spent overall won't be too bad.
(keep your fingers crossed that eBay goes well!!) I am aiming to get 100% neutral on the presents I've already bought with this eBay batch, and then start again as and when I spend more cash.
How are you all doing??

Have now spent a grand total of £43 extra cash on xmas bits and pieces, but that is it I am totally finished, including everyones stockings - the lot:j
I found a £10 M&S voucher that I hadn't counted so if I deduct that I need to make £33 by xmas to be 100% money neutral. Think i can manage that:D0 -
Well done sophiesmum that is absolutely amazing!
and finished so early too!! we are pretending xmas day is 1st dec in our house so that we are all organised!

Hiyah everyone - well just got another £20 argos voucers from IPSOS the other day so I now have the £30 I needed to get two things I want from argos.
I also took my copperjar(and 5p's) to asda and got £15.88, thought I would have more but I got some bits and pieces for peoples hampers and one of the dvd's off my husbands list for 9.00 within my 15.88.
My hubbie had a list of 6 dvd's and haven't been able to get my amazon vouchers yet but I have that one now and my sis in law bought another one off my list and it was a £15 one so that saves me £15.
I still have a fair bit to get and not many vouchers left but reckon I am about 50% neutral for christmas. 100% neutral for all birthdays, etc; this year. So I have to decide whether to make back money from ebay or just accept 50% is great and start with a vengeance on next years...?? I think I'm going to write down what I would have paid if I had bought everything at full price and what I actually paid to see how much I have actually saved - that should spur me on.0 -
well done scatty mam!!

I am taking some old stock to a christmas fair on sat so hopefully that should get me a decent amount of cash towards DS,s christmas pressies. The thing is only on for 2 hours and I expect it to be really busy. Not sure whether to hold out for decent prices or just start cheap to get rid of as much stuff as possible.I would be gutted if I had to bring this lot back home again."Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0
