Return flight refund

We booked flights to and from Bulgaria with Jet2 separately, 2 flights out on 25 May and 2 flights back on 20 July.   Jet2 cancelled our May flights and we have received a refund for these two flights, but no mention of a refund for the two return flights.  As we did not fly out to Bulgaria, we obviously can't fly back!  Jet2 have now cancelled all flights to 15 July anyway.  Jet2 emailed to say they will not refund but how can we take the flight if we are not there.  Can you please advise where we stand on a refund?  Many thanks

So the outbound and inbound flights were done as separate transactions? In which case, they are not return tickets, they are 'singles'.  In these circumstances, they will not refund you inbound just because the outbound flights are cancelled. How you get to Bulgaria is not their responsibility with such a purchase.
So, you have to hope that the inbound flights are cancelled. If not, you would need to look at the possibility of claiming from your travel insurance.
