Hi
I have a problem I have had new windows and doors installed,. In my living room a radiator and was was removed from underneath the existing window. And the opening was filled with patio doors as I had explained I would have wanted a sun room I was told. I needed planning permission and that this would be asked. For but they still went ahead with the window.. Mt point is... Its leaking and I have been told it is leaking from a part they haven't touched... They said the top half of the window was like for like and the bottom was "there bit" so it isn't their fault.. It is very drafty and they have told me to point my. House. I don't knkw what to do I'm a single mother and feel anxious about this situation it really wasn't leaking prior to the doors and I don't want them to see a young disabled woman as somone whose can have wool pulled over eyes in. Not sure where I stand

To be clear, you say it was patio doors and then say a window. Have they removed what was there in it's entirety and replaced it with something else or have they added something under your existing window?
Your personal situation isn't relevant. Best stick to the issue in hand.0 -
You may need to be a little clearer as to what existed, what works have been carried out and what the issue is.
However, are you saying you had a window with a radiator below, the builders have removed the window, wall and radiator and fitted French doors within that opening and leaks from the doors are now appearing?
