Employment rights

I'm currently on furlough. My employer has asked me to start work entitling a 150 mile round trip to site. I refused. He has now asked me to voluntary resign my position so he can hire someone else.
He says he can't hire whilst I'm still employed. Two other operators left to work elsewhere last week.
What are my rights

where did you work prior to furlough?
how long have you worked there?

Your rights are to turn it down and not to voluntary resign basically.
What the employer then does is up to them. Yes he can't just replace you but he can take go down the making you redundant route if the work is now a 150 miles round trip and you can't do it and there is no work where you are normally located.

Is the round trip your normal place of work? If so, your rights are to go, or resign, or be sacked.0

was your commute not also 150 miles before furlough ?
If not, what has changed ?
