booking a holiday

i want to warn other people to be aware of misleading photos on the loveholiday site. i have recently booked a holiday through them and the photos were of a different hotel. .when checked the hotel that i booked was completely different and without the same facilities. when i checked the hotel on its own site it was completely different. i have been trying to contact loveholidays but there is no live chat,no phone[due to covid] and sales team can't help. i have been through the other hotels on the site and found that there are a lot that share the same photos, just be aware people as our holiday is now costing us twice the price as we cannot change again and they have booked without telling me how much it was going to be. if you see a hotel you like go to their own site before you book!
