Payment of final salary

My employer has made me redundant with my last day of employment being the day of June. They have said they will pay me my usual salary on the June, then pay me a weeks notice on the end of July and then pay me holiday pay for holiday accrued on the end of August. Is this legal?

Exactly 11 months at the end of June.0

They should pay you the holiday at the end of July but as long as they pay it, probably not worth the hassle of taking it any further as be past August by the time anything happens anyway.1
