A reminder? First I've heard.
Two weeks notice on a 90 day notice account..

Awful customer service.

This is a reminder that, as stated in our previous communication to you, from 25 June 2020 the interest rate on your account will be reduced as below.

Not the 90 day version, but I've got the 60 day notice account and I love their customer service. I received an email mid-May to say that it was dropping the interest rate on the 3rd August - so way more than the 60 days notice I would need to give if I was going to move it, but I won't as the 1.30% AER is still pretty competitive and I've already filled all of the usual suspects which can give more interest but on smaller sums.

I have a 90 day notice still getting 1.90%, they wrote to me in April telling me it was reducing to 1.45% from 25 June. Had a reminder email yesterday. So still competitive and have always had a great service from Secure Trust Bank, no complaints.

I think you might be mistaken because I had the 90 day notice account earning 1.90% and it reduced to around 1.5% in May this year.
