Furlough / Notice

Hello, i am looking for some advice. Unfortunately due to financial constraint i will be leaving the UK and moving home.
My pay day is the 5th of each month.
My furlough for month of June is due on 5th July.
My notice length is 1 month.
I am leaving the country on the 25th July, so i plan to give my notice on the 25th June.
If i hand in my notice on the 25th June am i still entitled to my furlough pay for June or could they pull me off it?
If i give my notice on the 25th June, am i entitled to be paid everything i am owed on the 5th August. Holidays, Pay etc.
Please if someone could lend some advice as i want to organise my self for the process.

You are not entitled to furlough but you will be entitled to pay during your notice period as per your contract of employment.  You may be eligible to annual leave as payment in lieu, or your employer may require you to take unused annual leave during the notice period.
Something is not quite right with your dates:
    • I am leaving the country on the 25th July
    • am i entitled to be paid everything i am owed on the 5th August

If you give your notice period in on the 25th what happens if they want you back in the 28th to work your notice?

The OP is giving notice 25th June and leaving the country 25th July, so should be OK on the 28th (assuming you mean June - by July he is gone).

I suppose my main problem is if i hand in my notice during the furlough month are they still entitled to pay me for that month or can they stop?

I will get paid the June furlough on the 5th July. If i hand in my notice on the 27th June are they still obligated to pay me that furlough

No, you don't get paid twice. But you are entitled to be paid your notice at full pay. If your employers business is open, they could insist you come in to work.

Everything in your normal contract of employment should still apply.  If your notice period is 4 weeks, and you hand in your notice, you would normally expect to be paid for those weeks.  That should still apply.  You may be required to work the notice.
