Store vouchers

Hi, i have a voucher that can be only used in store which runs out today. I contacted customer services when the locked down happened and they said to wait to see what happens. 

Now they are saying it up to the stores, which wont be fair to all customers. I have asked of they could renew but i am not getting a reply. 

I dont really want to rush to the store next week and queue to see if i can use the voucher. 

I had an order that was due to be picked up from the store but the lockdown happened and the item was delivered to my home so i wasnt able to use the voucher in store as planned. 

The company is USC i have emailed customer services and tweeted but i am not getting a reply. 

Please can you provide and help or guidance

Groupon have extended all vouchers that were meant to run out during lockdown for a few extra months without even asking the merchants so I can’t see why other big company’s are not doing it as they have already technically had the money?
