Barclays Pingit Problems

has anyone experienced this I currently have no cards registered to the app to do a top up but when I try to add a card it throws up an error CT047 ‘you’ve exceeded the maximum number of cards on your account’

i can’t contact them either as there is no one there.

I haven't had that problem but a week or two back it refused to low balance auto top up saying insufficient funds in my account. I topped it up myself as there was plenty in the account, but now its impossible to set up an auto top up from my bank account. I am still able to do one offs from my bank account but it will only do autos from the pingit account. That would mean keeping loads of money in pingit to auto transfer from there to my devices. Is that so they get all the interest rather than my money being in my own bank?  No help from them apart from saying close it and reregister but I have doubts it will work. I've uninstalled the app twice and it still doesn't work.
