Approximate cost to install new bathroom suite

I am looking to have an additional bathroom suite installed (toilet, sink and thermostatic shower) in a room downstairs which is directly below the main bathroom. The room has a suspended ceiling through which there is good access to the pipework supplying the existing bathroom, and the soil pipe runs along the outside of the wall where I am intending to put the toilet. I have already got the fittings I would like to use but just need someone to install them. Is anyone able to suggest a ballpark figure for this or how long it would take? I intend to obtain quotes from some local plumbers but it would be useful to know how much I am looking at beforehand. Thank you in advance  :)

A local plumber was quoting £350 to install bathroom but presumably this was like for like.
What you are asking is for somebody to create a bathroom in an otherwise empty room installing drains for bath, shower and basin and sewer connection for wc. I presume you want floor dug up for draiinage and connection to central heating or perhaps under floor heating, installation of above and extraction of moist air. making good and tiling/
Dependent on fittings and decoration/tiling chosen you could be looking at 000;s

Don't forget to budget for building regs in England.
