Flight from Greece to UK (Easyjet)

Hi, Have a flight booked from Mykonos to Manchester on 29th June with Easyjet. At present it has not been cancelled. My outgoing flight (with BA) was cancelled weeks ago. /
Easyjet have offered a voucher but no refund, and this offer will 'run out' on 14 June. 
It is my understanding that no flights are operating to the Greek Islands until July 1. Is this correct? And in which case should i just hold out for a refund?

Bizarrely I've just received a full refund for a flight to another Greek island on June 29th without being offered a voucher or the opportunity to change the flight.

Perhaps I'm jusy lucky.

Thanks for replying. 

Oddly after waiting for weeks/months, a few hours after posting I too got an email saying it had been cancelled. 
Where you flying with easyJet? I have filled out a refund form but hoping its not going to take too long to get the money back. 
Presume all flights before July 1 will gradually be cancelled from the Greek islands.
