Hi
hoping someone can help please?
I have an Apple Watch that is 18 months old and is faulty - I’ve been trying to resolve the issue with Apples tech team for the last 3 months. It is now out of warranty so my options with them are limited so wondered if I could use the protection through my credit card?
thanks

Section 75 only gives you the same rights against the card as the retailer. You don't get an additional warranty.0

You would have to show the watch had an inherent fault, not just inherently expensive
