I am on Windows 10 32bit. Is that the difference?
    Does your hardware support 64-bit?
Yes. I think when I installed Windows 10 I thought 32bit might be better with 2GB of RAM. I've got money and the skills to upgrade but I only upgrade when there is a need. I know on my kids PCs instantaneous is slightly more instantaneous than mine but not enough to make me want to upgrade.
Given that this is a money saving forum, I can't argue with what you've said.  32-bit is the better choice for 3GB of RAM or under and if you're happy with the current performance then that's all that matters.  Personally I would probably be able to manage with 4GB of RAM for my basic tasks - I would need more if I were to use a virtual machine.
