Indesit dif 16 error

Hi, my Indesit dif16 dishwasher is stopping mid cycle and the 1st & 3rd led's are flashing, can't find any fault codes for this sequence, anyone else had this and know what the issue maybe? Thanks

    Looking at the manual quickly the only faults that bring up lights seem to be water supply faults. So check you are getting water to the machine.
    Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.

    In the manual: -
    Water inlet hose alarm / Water inlet filter blocked (the 1 ECO), the 2 (Normal) and the 3 (Soak) WASH CYCLES indicator lights flash).
    Switch off the appliance by pressing the ON/OFF button. Shut off the water tap to eliminate the risk of flooding and remove the plug from the electrical socket.  Make sure the water inlet filter has not become blocked by impurities (see "Care and maintenance" chapter)
