Depends how you define luck. I got through very quickly to customer services to request my refund which they did politely and efficiently.
Haven't actually received the refund yet. They were quoting 8-12 weeks though.0 -
Yes I got that email. For now I'm just waiting. If you don't wish to wait any longer you could always call Lufthansa again, and if you're not happy with their response persue via your payment card chargeback or Section 75.saver776 said:
