Booking.com - Agoda - Days Inn uk hotel booking for July changed to 2021

I made a non refundable booking but then the festival we were going to was cancelled. I wasn’t able to log into Agoda as booked via Booking.com and it seems impossible to email queries to Booking.com at the moment. I saw that Days Inn were offering flexibility on their bookings so contacted them direct. Brilliant service as they have moved our stay now to next year. Hope this info may help someone else take advantage of the flexibility being offered by some hotels.
