LX Direct!

I am really not impressed by them! I ordered a petrol lawnmower from them on the 13th May was meant to arrive yesterday it didnt hasn't arrived today either. So I rang LX direct and she said it was dispatched on the 2nd June but she couldn't do anything about it until it had been 21 days from dispatch so thats around the 23rd June. Both my partner and myself are unwell and have health problems so during the afternoons we need to sleep we stayed awake all day yesterday waiting for this and again today till I physically couldnt. This really is pushing things to far.All I want is a lawnmower is that too much to ask for???!! Obvioulsy! I'm just so grrrrrrr about it. If they think I'm ruining our health just for them they are wrong.Why should we have to stay in doors for the next three weeks waiting for something that was meant to be here yesterday :mad:.

Has anyone else had any problems with this company? Or am I just unlucky .

You're better off cancelling the LX Direct order and buying elsewhere. Poor service, Littlewoods too and a couple of others I mentioned in my rant this morning.
