Powerdirect.co.uk, no delivery but no refund

I ordererd and paid for an oven from Powerdirect.co.uk in December 2019. After numerroud vague updates about not being in stock yet I cancelled the order. I still do not have my money back. I have emailed on numberous occasions - you can no longer call them - as all their staff are working from home with no access to telephones. I have contacted local CAB - but also had no response.

Any suggestions please?

If you paid with a credit card you should be able to make a Section 75 claim.  If you used a debit card then ask your bank about making a chargeback.
