Hi,
I have had a successful refund to my AmEx Charge Card so I now have a significant credit balance on my card.
How would I go about transferring this credit to my bank account?
Maybe I am being a bit stupid, but cant see this option when I log in to my account.
Thanks

You simply ask them to send it to you.1

Use online chat and ask them to transfer to your bank account

My other half had the same issue after she had our ski holiday refunded. Just ring them up and they'll transfer the money back. Amex customer service is second to none, so shouldn't be too painful.2

Same advice - takes about 10 days to get to bank account, think current busy period making it slower than normal. Customer service was excellent.1
