Flybe flights as part of TUI package holiday (JULY) - still no answers!?

I am due to fly to Menorca from Southampton via Flybe as part of our TUI package holiday for a party of 6. Obviously, Flybe went bust back on March 5th, however we still haven't managed to find out what is happening with our holiday?
We live on the Isle of Wight and chose to fly from Southampton due to a number of factors, but mainly as my in-laws haven't been abroad before and aren't the most mobile and the travel to Gatwick (especially with timings of most flights) can be pretty horrific especially with a child. We don't want to move our holiday to 2021 as there are too many people to organise this for and our circumstances have now changed. We really don't want to go on our holiday in July as two of our party members are considered clinically vulnerable. Also, three of us are still waiting for their passports having sent them off in Feb!
So, we haven't managed to get any answers about our flights, my app is still telling me our flights are with Flybe from Southampton. I have phoned Tui several times, however they only seem to be reading from a Corona Virus script which doesn't really cover my question. I finally got the Tui third party flight customer service number but have now sat on hold for 1.5 hours THREE TIMES, only to be cut off.
Does anybody have any advice or experience on the following:
1) Not many providers fly for Southampton ( I think only FLYBE flew to Spain from there!) If they move our flight to Gatwick, are we within our rights to cancel our holiday and get a refund?
2) How the hell do I get answers? (before 30th June which is the deadline for amending holidays for free)

Keep calling TUI until you get someone who can help? With regards to question 1 you will need to check your booking terms and conditions.0

I would probably wait to be honest.
In normal circumstances TUI would have contacted you, or you'd have been able to make contact with them. With the Coronavirus situation escalating very quickly, that will have taken over which is why you've heard nothing. TUI are cancelling holidays and contacting people on a rolling basis, currently upto June 30th all holidays are cancelled, but obviously a lot of holidays after that date won't go ahead.
One thing is certain - you're not flying Flybe to Menorca in July. TUI won't have found an alternative airline out of SOU, so it'd likely that they'll either a) Cancel your holiday or b) offer you an alternative airport. If you don't want the alternative airport you don't have to accept it and will be entitled to a full refund.1
