shielding guidelines

I am a small retailer and employ one other person, who's partner has been shielding in line with government advice.  My employee has been furloughed throughout the lock down.
I am looking to reopen my shop on Monday 15th June, but don't know if I can ask my employee to also return? Measures have been put in place ready to reopen, providing safe social distancing measures, sanitisation stations, and card only payment methods. Are the guidelines, advice or regulatory in relation to shielding?
