shielding guidelines

I am a small retailer and employ one other person, who's partner has been shielding in line with government advice. My employee has been furloughed throughout the lock down.
I am looking to reopen my shop on Monday 15th June, but don't know if I can ask my employee to also return? Measures have been put in place ready to reopen, providing safe social distancing measures, sanitisation stations, and card only payment methods. Are the guidelines, advice or regulatory in relation to shielding?

The guidelines are for the person that is shielding. The guidelines say that people living with a shielding person, can still go out etc but they need to take extra care. So if you need to take them back you can do.

Living with other people
The rest of your household do not need to start shielding themselves, but they should do what they can to support you in shielding and to carefully follow guidance on staying alert and safe (social distancing).
