• Competition opened at 16:00 on 10.06.2020
• Competition closes at 12:00 on 12.08.2020 and 3 working days later for postal entries.
• 1)The prize comprises:

1. First class return rail travel for two from UK mainland station nearest to the prize winner’s home address to Northallerton in Yorkshire, unless the winner’s home address is in Northern Ireland, in which case, the prize will include return economy class flights and transfers to the property;
2. Return private transfers for two between Northallerton train station and Gayles Hall Barns;
3. Three (3) nights’ accommodation for two at Gayles Hall Barns, sharing Shearing Shed which sleeps up to 10 people in five bedrooms (subject to availability);
4. Welcome hamper on arrival including a bottle of sparkling wine; and
5. Full use of the BBQ smoke house and hot tub area.

 

2)The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

3)The prize must be taken within 12 months of the congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and cannot be taken over Christmas and New Year (19th December 2020 to 4th January 2021) or over any UK Bank Holidays (10th to 13th April 2020; 8th May and 25th May 2020; 31st August 2020; 2nd to 5th April 2021; 3rd and 31st May 2021 and 30th August 2021).

4)Should the prize winner prefer to drive themselves a mileage allowance up to the value of £200 will be offered and the rail allowance and taxi transfers will be forfeited. The allowance will be calculated at 45p per mile from the prize winner’s home address to Gayles Hall Barns.

5)First class may not be available on some train routings in which case standard seating will be provided instead.

6)Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the farmhouse. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the farmhouse for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they and/or their companions adhere to the local laws in the UK.

7)As the accommodation sleeps up to 10 guests, the winner can bring an additional 8 friends or family members at no additional cost. However the winner and/or guests would need to cover their own travel and personal expenses during the stay.

8)The prize excludes transfers between the winner’s home and the train station/airport, drinks, additional meals, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

9)It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

10)The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. Neither Channel 5 nor Element will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

11)There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

12)Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

13)Video footage and images provided by Holiday at Home.

14)The Prize Provider of the trip to Gayles Hall Barn in Yorkshire is Element London Limited, 5 Morie Street, London SW18 1SL.
