Bounce back Loans

As a business we have recently applied through our bank for a BBL however it was rejected. We are only 8 months old and feel it may be due to the age of our business, we haven't been given any information as to why it was rejected however we cannot now apply to other lenders. Any ideas as to why businesses get rejected? 
Or what to do after?

You can apply to another bank if one rejects you. The rule is that you cannot apply to more than one at a time

You can apply to a second bank - you just cannot make two applications at the same time.
You may be able to ask why the BBLS application was rejected.  Do you operate through a business bank account?
