Section 75 Thomas cook

in Credit cards
Hi, 3 weeks before our holiday and one before Thomas cook went bust, they paid us £1000 compensation for forgetting to book our virgin flights and only offeringToffering cook ones or cancellation. When they went bust we had to pay much more to replace our flights and the flight compensation scheme took off the £1000 compensation as it was a credit from Thomas cook on our credit card statement. Could we claim the £1000 back through our credit card?

I think we need some more detail here about when was the holiday booked for.0

If I understand your post correctly, you have been compensated, in full, for the Thomas Cook error via a combination of £1000 compensation from them and the remainder from the flight compensation scheme - correct? In that case your losses have been covered and I am not sure what you are looking for.0

OP your post is incoherent, you need to fully explain.
