Jet2 have cancelled my flights, but won’t accept the discount voucher I used when I originally booked

Hi, we have just had our flights cancelled by Jet2 (Covid-19 related obviously). We have opted to transfer our flights to a later date, but they are not honouring the 10% discount they offered when we originally booked (in September 2019). They are adding this discount back onto the payment (including uplift charges as it is August high season dates) which adds to £134 extra. This 10% discount offer encouraged us to book with Jet2, as it made them the cheapest during the time. Are they legally obliged to honour the discount?

The flights cost £718, the new flights cost £783 (changed the dates to September). So a difference of £65. I understand an uplift charge for the flights, but Jet2 was charging me an extra £124. Where they got that figure from I don’t know!!! I have decided to ask for a refund and booked my flights with another operator.0
