Euro Cylinder Lock - 2 Star

Hi, I have a Euro Cylinder Lock with two stars stamped onto the side. It's of an ISEO brand.
I'm after a direct replacement, but the guides say a lock is either 1 star, or 3 stars. Yet I have a lock with 2 stars clearly stamped on the side. The lock is from ~2015
Was there a 2 star lock?

No, Locks are either 1 star or 3 star. Only the hardware such as the handles or escutcheons can be 2 star.

The star rating should be accompanied by the BS Kitemark, without that its probably branding or an unofficial rating.

The TS007 (kite mark & stars) is a relatively new standard and initially outside the scope of BSI. It came about from discussions between Secured By Design (led by West Yorks Police) and DHF (Door & Hardware Federation). There was a 2 star cylinder developed at the start but became obsolete quickly when the SBD & DHF had a closer look at the locking mechanics  and door/frame construction within uPVC & Composite door sets and how they are attacked in real life. Hence Chrisw and his 2 star explanation .

At the very least your new cylinder should be anti snap, anti bump & anti drill.
