I asked for a refund on my fully flexible hotel/parking booking. Ignored. Reluctantly accepted voucher. Just tried to use it.....SYSTEM SAYS THERE IS NO VOUCHER ASSOCIATED WITH MY EMAIL ADDRESS! No way of contacting them as it’s impossible to fill out their form, no working email, no phone number. Total crooks.
