Hi, I have an Easyjet account which the website says mine is locked as I have tried too many times to access. This is nonsense and they offer no way of resetting it. It appears to me to be virtually impossible to contact them. Does anyone know how to make contact as all I want to do at this stage is check on the amount of booked seats in case they decide to cancel as I have to pay for the accommodation in September. Thanks.

Give them a ring - phone number bottom 'Call Us' then Local Telephone Numbers.You may have to ring several times to get through at the mo. Or maybe not.Lots of accounts for all sorts of things can and do get blocked and with few staff monitoring at the moment anywhere it's probably just a glitch.

Hello, I'm due to fly with easyjet to France in just over a months time. Has anyone had any experience flying with them under current conditions. What happens if the flight was originally fully booked and they can only fly at 50% capacity to allow social distancing, could they potentially cancel my flights?0
