DNT vs CREST

Good afternoon. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. I cam trying to transfer shares as I no longer work for the company I held the shares with and I have to move them. The transfer keeps getting cancelled as the new account needs to be able to accept DNT transfers, rather than CREST.
Does anyone know which companies accept shares via DNT? I am finding it incredibly hard to find out.

Never heard of DST transfers, were you working for a foreign based company?
Have you tried the company's HR department to get advice from them?0
