Easy jet refund

Hi, I am looking for some guidance.
We were dur to fly for a 1 week holiday with easy jet in August 2020. We have paid half of the cost(the deadline was 5/6/20) I have tried to contact them via email(the call centre is closed) as we were offered the option of losing our deposit but being refunded any money over this. The only options online available now are for credit , which we dont want as I'm not in the position to go over the next year or to go away for the holiday. Sadly I cant get 3 weeks for the 14 day isolation period after. Dont know what to do!
Anyone else having the same problems?
