Hello everyone,
I hope everyone is well.
I applied to Royal Bank of Scotland on 11th May for a Bounce Back Loan Feeder Account, so I can then go on to apply for the Bounce Back Loan.
RBS carried out a credit check on 20th May and I was asked to submit documents on 21st May, which I did on 22nd May.
Since then, I have had no further contact from them!

I have tried calling and used webchat to get an update, both to no avail.
Has anyone else had any similar issues?
If, as they have not gotten back to me as yet, could it be they will not open feeder account, thus I will be unable to apply for BBL?
If RBS says no, what other options do I have? (I have no other dealings with other banks).

If RBS say no, have a look at the table at

Many are trying HSBC as they are one of the few big banks allowing non customers to apply for BBL/feeder accounts but it's not a quick prices lists. Otherwise, you could consider one of the newer banks.1 -
I had the same with rbs and after a week of waiting I got a response basically wouldn’t open me a feeder account as my business resides in my England and not Scotland.. there is no mention of this when applying and I currently have a complaint lodged about it, they advised me to apply through NatWest which I did , although I’ve had to open a business bank account with them, but from applying/opening account, Applying for bbl and funds in account in about 10 days hope u get your funds u need1
