Netflix spam email help please

Hello, I received an email with my name within it from Netflix saying I have asked to reset password, and click the button below. I did not ask to reset password, and without thinking pressed the other link which said "recent account access". I then thought, I should stop what I am doing but had already gone to whatever webpage it was going to take me to. I have no idea if this was a spam email or not, but should I do anything to make sure nothing has been added on to my computer please? Thanks in advance. I have windows defender

It was likely just a phishing attempt. As long as you didnt type your password anywhere then you'll be fine.If you want to be sure, scan your computer with the free version of malwarebytes from here :-
