Hotel part refund

We had literally just arrived for a holiday in Spain when lockdown occurred and thankfully managed to get a repatriation flight home.
We booked a 14 night stay in a hotel using Alpharooms and only used 4 of our nights and have been trying unsuccessfully to obtain a refund for the remaining 9 nights.
We have had no useful communication from them at all and our emails are now just being ignored. They are not accepting telephone calls.
Can anyone advise us what to do.
