If you're looking for advice from a central government department, then I'm afraid that they don't offer legal advice.
However, if you want to contact them, there is usually a link to a central enquiries form or email address on the relevant department's gov.uk pages - usually down towards the bottom.0 -
I've edited the subject - I mean Civil Enforcement LTD0

Depends for what purpose. Why a whole new thread - is this connected to your other thread? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Because it seemed to me a common enough question and would be easier to find for future visitors.
Purpose is to communicate with their legal department.0 -
Have you tried emailing the generic contact address published on their website?

There is no email address on that page.1

Forum etiquette rules require one single thread per case, not random new threads every time someone has a question. Because there is no background/context explained here, 'communicate with their legal department' means very little. If it's in regard to a live court claim, the N1 will indicate to where communications should be addressed. But I'm just guessing! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
