An important point, but in what capacity is the Executor trying to evict the member of family? Have they gonevthrough the correct channels even though the will gives everything to them?
I'd see a solicitor and do it by the book now (making sure probate has been applied for). I also assume the house was owned?
Is it not also worth asking the occupier of the house what their plans are? It could be they had arrangements to move on that are delayed due to lockdown and have every intention of going as soon as they can?
May you find your sister soon Helli.
    Sleep well.
