Hi
Will keep this brief as possible. I've just been contacted by a colleague who has just had his redundancy consultation (i've got one tomorrow) and he has told me that when he asked the external hr advisor who was hosting the meeting about the selection criteria being used, the guy wasn't able to tell him. Don't they have to be able to explain it to you as part of the consultation meeting ?
Just asking the question here.
Thanks

That does seem weird to me. Provide explicit information is what I usually expect from consulting companies

If they are working for free then you shouldn’t expect much of that company. Probably you should consider working withanother consulting company.

Why does it matter who is chairing the selection criteria meeting?0
