Can I get a refund through my Credit Card provider for cancelled concert?

I purchased two tickets for Guns N Roses concert which was due to be held on 29th May in Tottenham.  We had almost radio silence from Guns N Roses and Ticketmaster until literally days before the gig. Now it is just showing as rescheduled but they are not saying the new date and they are not offering a refund.
Do you think I can ask for a refund through my credit card company?

    Potentially.

What were the terms of the sale in terms of rescheduling?

I'd hold fire for a while if I was you. Presumably you'd still like to see the show? So why not wait until the revised date is known, and see if it's one that you can make? I'd expect that your 29 May tickets will still be valid for the rescheduled concert. It takes time to organise a tour, so I'd expect it to be a while after a concert has been postponed before the revised date can be published.

(This is similar to my experience with regard to the Yes concert that was originally scheduled for 2 June in Birmingham. When the Covid-19 pandemic started, the band announced that the whole tour would be postponed. It was quite a long time later that I learned the new date - 17 May 2021 - and I was told at the same time that my ticket would be valid for the new show. I was also told, in the same e-mail, that I could claim a full refund if the date was unsuitable. That was from the Symphony Hall booking office. I don't know how Ticketmaster will handle it, but I'm not aware of any reason why they'd work differently.)

Tickets will be valid for the rescheduled gig, or you will be able to request a refund from ticket company once the reschedule/cancellation has been announced. Most cases there is no need to invoke S75.

If you bought the tickets through Ticketmaster then section 75 would not apply as Ticketmaster are acting as your agent to purchase tickets from the concert organisers
