Help with Gas Heater warranty

I bought a couple of not very cheap gas heaters and got them installed around 2.5 years ago by a Corgi Engineer. Recently both the heaters have started having issues, and looking at the documentation, I would get 12 months parts and labour and 5 years partys only. I kept a record of annual corgi service on the heaters, which is a requirement for the warranty to be valid but I forgot to register the online warranty. I emailed the company and this morning they replied i should have registered the product online within 3 months for the warranty to be valid and this is 'within their T&C's' , so any warranty is no longer valid as I did not register the products online. Can they do this? What are my options, short of having to pay for parts if they are needed.

Yes! The warranty is over and above your consumer rights. It is now down to you to!shaggy said:I bought a couple of not very cheap gas heaters and got them installed around 2.5 years ago by a Corgi Engineer.
