Exterior soil stack pipe - leak

Options
I'd be very grateful if someone could give me an idea if this is a reasonable figure please...  I hope I've explained it clearly enough...
The soil pipe from our upstairs bathroom has developed a bit of a leak around the base.  It goes into a pathway between our house & next door and then goes into a shared drain underground.  We have had someone out today and they have said that the issue is with the pipe and there is no blockage between the end of the pipe & the drain (as expected).  They have quoted us £200 (I'm not sure off of the top of my head if that includes VAT or not) to replace the bottom section of pipe & to redo the bit of pathway that it goes into, as it is breaking up due to the leakage (bleurgh!).
Does that sound like a reasonable amount please?
Thank you

The quote is actually for £485 + VAT (3-4 hours for 2 people)
I misheard a 'few hundred pounds' as "two hundred pounds" - I may need to get my hearing checked!!
