Ikea Support Contact line issues

This dept. seems to be dysfunctional at the moment. They texted me saying to call Support on 0203 645 0008.

However when you get through, you just hear an ansaphone message saying they are 'Closed'.

Which is odd, as the rest of message says they are open 7 days a week, 9-5.30.

Could understand it at a Mom and Pop store, not at a Global retail brand - who appear unable to even change the ansaphone message.

Lots of store problems with the virus at present .

Their customer support was terrible before, so it can only get worse I'm afraid

Ansaphone? Is this some cool, trendy answerphone brand I've not heard of?
