Refused Refund

I had a B&B booked in Fort William for the night of the 2nd July and prepaid £80. As I am unable to travel due to coronavirus I explained this to them and they are refusing a refund. Any thoughts on what I can do please

Wait for them to cancel your booking and then ask for your refund.
If they're allowed to be open for business at the time and you cancel, then you won't get a refund.1 -
Technically, you are able to travel - just not stay overnight.
That's 3 weeks away - so things may change a lot.
Have you asked them specifically "If I turn up on the 2nd July, will the room be available for me to stay in?"
If they say no, they have cancelled, and you should be due a refund.
Check the booking T&Cs about cancellation, but DO NOT cancel the booking yourself if you want any chance of your money back1 -
They don't have to provide a refund if you cancel, have you asked if you can amend your booking to a different date?1
