Startup E-commerce Business

For reference, I have registered with HMRC companies house as an e-commerce company and intend to trade online with Amazon, ebay, etc. I'm at the next step of opening a bank account.
Does anybody have experience with opening a business account with Starling bank? I keep getting asked to provide the same information over and over. I've tried calling and sent an email to them to assist in my application. Alternatively does anybody have suggestions for another bank which is easier to open a business bank account? I've already opened an account with Tide but this account is not acceptable when registering with Amazon seller account. I'm stuck and can't trade without having to use my personal banking accounts. Your help, suggestions and tips would be greatly apprectiated.

Sorry, no experince of Starling Bank.

Have you read the Announcement at the top of the board? There's links in there to Business Bank Accounts discussion threads.

In my limited experience, I thought Amazon mandated the use of Amazon Payments and Ebay mandated Paypal as an option? Although I also heard Ebay were changing to another provider, Adyen, as their preferred payment partner but not sure how far they've got with that.
I'm sure paypal will still be accepted on ebay even after they switch to Adyen, and can also be used on other ecommerce platforms.

I'd concentrate on those payment services to start with. Anyone asking for payment via any other means will often raise dounts with any potential buyer, especially if you have a new e-commerce account.
