    Yep, might have been better if they had said they were supporting customers and they expect travel companies to adhere to the law of the land.
  • ABTA's customer service is appalling right now.  The acid test of any form of 'insurance' is what happens when you need to make a claim and having submitted a claim relating to CMV going bust at the end of July, the best I've got out of them is it's taking 6 months to process claims!!!  They don't respond to messages on their own portal; phone calls get diverted to people who tell you it's not their job.  Really makes you wary of paying any money to anyone in the travel business right now in case you can't use the booking you make and need a refund.
