Turkish Airlines refund??

I am trying to get a refund for my cancelled flights with Turkish Airlines, on their website I can only get air miles or a voucher, and when I phone their call centre its an automated system, after typing in my ticket number it says transactions cannot be performed on this ticket number and it diverts me back to the main menu. I've tried pressing every numbered option and cant speak to a human being. Really want a refund back onto my bank card, any advice?? PS These tickets are worth just over £700!

If you can show you have used every method possible and they are refusing a refund, then make a claim against the card you used to buy the ticket. Assuming the first flight was from the UK, EU261 entitled you to a refund within 7 days of the cancellation of the flights

You need to call and get through to a person - they will refund but are currently saying it will be 60 days for processing.  The UK number is 020 7471 6666 and I think it was option 2 which was needed.
