Love Holidays refund problem

We booked a holiday with Love Holidays to Dubai and are due to fly on 22nd June which obviously is not going to happen. We have paid all monthly instalments so that Love Holidays can not say that we defaulted on the contract but Love Holidays emailed us and stated that they were not going to take the last instalment due on 7th June and would be in contact with us which they have not yet done. We have tried to call them today which was not answered with a recorded message saying contact them by live chat. However there is no option for live chat at all on the website. The only mention is on the contact us page which states that live chat is monitored from 9am until 5pm and we are not able to contact them by email as it is a non-reply email address. Could anyone advise how we are able to start proceedings for a voucher/refund ?

When did LH email you about not taking final payment?

They emailed us last week and the final payment was due yesterday

Apart from that e-mail  any other saying your trip has been cancelled?

If it's a package holiday you are due a refund within 14 days of cancellation, so  not much you can do this week.
Did your monthly installments go via your bank or a card?

Do a charge back through your bank,i did after getting nowhere with Loveholidays & got the full amount refunded.

We did monthly payments from a credit cad
