Have applied for Ryanair refund but keep getting emails asking if I want one

How do I know how far my refund has been progressed, if at all? I have one of those print screen confirmations, which has your reservation no and the date of application. However I have had 3 emails since asking if I want a voucher or refund, including a recent one really pushing for accepting a voucher................I have no idea whether these are automated or whether they mean my refund isnt being processed.
Anyone in a similar boat?

Theres other threads on this.  Basically they 'presume' that vouchers are acceptable for you.  The email pushes you towards vouchers but lacks clarity in seeking money refund.  Basically you have to contact them.  The easiest way seems to be by their 'CHAT' facility.  Follow the link.  https://prod-chatbot.ryanair.com/index.html?locale=%22en_GB%22&env=%22prod%22. Good luck.

I had an email titled 'Your recent correspondence with Ryanair' which I assume was in response to me trying to escalate my slow refund time, with more voucher-flogging efforts but it also had a link to click, if I wanted to pursue the refund and abandon the voucher (it was never an option anyway, nice try). That then took me to the contact chat bot; got hold of a humanoid who confirmed that they'd processed the refund, I'd get a confirmation within 48h, and a refund within 10 weeks depending on where I was in the queue. My advice? Don't ignore any email them (I'm sure you wouldn't), and treat every new link as a new part of the refund process. My guess is they'll sit on any refund application that hasn't been actively pursued.
