Transfer Help to Buy ISA in Halifax

Hi Guys,
Anybody was in contact with Halifax recently? Is it still difficult to reach them on the phone?
I want to transfer my HTB ISA from Nationwide to Halifax, ideally would like to do it online:-))

I do not have any bank account with Halifax. Following the link above, can I enter account details from another bank account or it should be Halifax's bank account? Anybody tried to do transfer using online banking please?

Your 1st link is to allow you to register for online banking with Halifax if you already hold an account with them.

Your 2nd link clearly says you can only transfer your existing HTB ISA to them by telephoning.
